When my mother passed from kidney disease brought on by 40 years of prescription drugs, I knew I
had to do something to change my life or there by the grace of god would be me.


Using my extensive medical training and experience combined with my business sense of operating
medical laboratories, I set out on the redemptive path of raw and living food.


In no time I was able to shed unwanted pounds, discard the high blood pressure medication that
harmed my mother, and wrest away my hand-crippling arthritis.


Drawing on my experience, I founded ChefSharynne.com and began teaching others about how
nutrition plays a major role in the quality of our lives.


Our bodies, and the fact that no matter how badly we abuse them, they have a miraculous ability to
heal themselves, sometimes in the form of a repair, sometimes in the form of relief.


At 63 years young, I now have health, energy and vibrancy I haven't known since I was in my 20's.
